Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By engaging ADSTAD ("we", "us") for website design or related services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

ADSTAD provides a professional business website built and delivered within 48 hours for a flat fee of $500, subject to Client providing required content (logo, photos, services, copy, contact info) in a timely manner.

3. Payment

  • Payment of $500 is due in full before project kickoff unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
  • Third-party costs (domains, premium plugins, stock assets) are billed separately.

4. 48-Hour Delivery

The 48-hour delivery window starts once payment is received and all required content has been provided. Delays in providing content will extend the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions to content, layout, and styling are included. Significant scope changes (additional pages, custom features, integrations) may incur additional fees quoted in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and assets you have the right to use.
  • Respond to questions and approval requests promptly.
  • Maintain your own domain, hosting credentials, and email accounts after handover (unless otherwise arranged).

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website content and design deliverables. ADSTAD retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Refunds

Because work begins immediately upon payment, fees are non-refundable once design or development has started. If we are unable to deliver, a prorated refund will be issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADSTAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business, arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.

10. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party providers (hosting, domains, analytics, payment processors). We are not responsible for outages, pricing, or policy changes of those providers.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement in writing. Fees for work already performed remain due.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
